Funding Opportunities for Food and Beverage Manufacturing: Information Session

Modern Manufacturing Initiative: Food and Beverage Manufacturing

Join us for an information session and Q&A - co-hosted by FIAL and the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources - on funding opportunities for Food and Beverage manufacturing projects under the Modern Manufacturing Initiative (MMI).

The Modern Manufacturing Initiative (MMI) is the centrepiece of the Australian Government’s Modern Manufacturing Strategy (MMS). The MMI Translation and Integration streams will help businesses to commercialise and scale up great manufacturing ideas, drive collaboration and identify new opportunities to access domestic and global value chains.

On 29 March 2021, the Hon Karen Andrews MP, former Minister for Industry, Science and Technology launched:

•  The Food and Beverage National Manufacturing Priority road map which will guide investment

•  Funding opportunities under the MMI Translation and Integration streams for projects that align with the Food and Beverage National Manufacturing Priority area.
