Transforming Innovation Program

FIAL invites leaders, decision makers and business owners of Australian food and beverage businesses to attend our Transforming Innovation Program.

Every company has an innovation culture, even if you didn't know you have one. What used to work as an approach to innovation is not working as well as it once did. Fluctuating market, supply chain and consumer preferences are becoming less predictable. Making sure your business can effectively pivot in response to these fluctuations is becoming more importantAs your business grows or pivots, knowing why you innovate the way you do and how to adapt to growing market and supply chain uncertainty can strengthen how you take on your next innovation opportunity.

Innovation can be represented in many ways. FIAL's Transforming Innovation Program takes into account the different formats of innovation and not only looks at how you approach innovation, but gives you the tools to seek innovation across your whole business. The program also shows you how to capitalise on global market and consumer trends to capture new innovation opportunities.

Understanding your conscious and unconscious approach to innovation and what works, gives you tools to pivot and filter the type of innovation you need for your business while not losing sight of the customer and costs.

We seek to help you know what you’re doing well and give you confidence to pivot your approach to innovation if needed.

Key Takeaways

  • Discover your conscious and unconscious innovation culture and approach
  • Learn how to look for innovation in your business other than product and process
  • Discover the art of understanding and articulating your business ‘why?’ and ‘fences’ for innovation.

Who should attend?

The program is designed for innovation leaders, decision makers and owners of small to medium Australian food and beverage businesses who are facing growth from innovation and pivoting, or are looking to change their innovation approach to better respond to the changing business landscape.
